Returns & Delivery Policy

Here at Oakbeck Forge customer care is paramount. If you would like to return an item, please notify us by email (info@oakbeckforge.co.uk) or in writing within 14 days. Please post back the unused product in the original packaging within 14 Days of purchase. Personalised items are none returnable as are items made to your specifications. Please return accompanied by a note with your order number to:

If the item, you have received is faulty or we have made a mistake we will also refund postage and the cost of your return postage.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Returns

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery

Please see each individual item for the dispatch time, this is a guide and most products are made and shipped much quicker apart from busy times (i.e Christmas)
